About BWRT

BWRT (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) can be used as a stand-alone practise, or alongside coaching/talking therapy, depending on the need of the client, and has an astonishing 95% success rate.

Developed by UK therapist Terence Watts, MCGI, in 2011, this entirely confidential therapy allows the client to work through their challenges without the need to divulge the details to the BWRT therapist. This means clients that have traumatic memories, phobias or triggers that they don't fully understand can be treated without needing hours of conventional therapy to first understand and unpack it.

Using the brain's natural response, the client remains completely conscious and aware during the practise, and creates a 'preferred reaction' to a situation, event or substance, that then becomes embedded in the subconscious brain.

What can BWRT treat?
